Company

Since it’s foundation the Company specializes in the making and mounting of various metal products made of plain or wrought iron according to our clients’ errands. We produce: stair and balcony railings, plain and wrought iron fences, plain metal doors, decorative gates, plain and decorative window bars, chairs, tables, benches, decorative flower pots, flower stands made of plain or wrought iron – and these are only a small part of the products that we can offer to our clients.

The skills and the correctness of the specialists working with us contribute to the high quality of the produced items.

Since several months a team of very good designers, master fitters and welders and chemists started the development of a series of different decorative wrought iron items: different kinds of candle holders, mirrors with a metal frame, coat racks, wine stands, flower pots and flower stands and many others.

Material

We chose to make not aluminum, not copper but iron products for the simple reason – because of it’s incredible physical and physico-chemical properties: plasticity (malleability), weldability, various strength qualities and many others the iron yields best to various types of processing. The iron (steel) can be modeled very good using cold and hot drawing and easily yields to bending and twisting. Our master–smiths: welders and fitters showed serious understanding and approached their duties in the most proper way so that our products can appear on the market with such good forms and so delicately processed metal surfaces. Precise was their work during the making of all the round shapes and all curves of the separate elements of the decorative items as well as during the processing of the rough surfaces. The welding joints were processed in the most successful way so that the product looks like wholly molded.

Quality

With a view to the maximum highest quality of out products we work mostly with plain low-carbon steels because they are the best and the most suitable for every kind of treatment: mechanical, chemical and heat.

Serious efforts were exerted from our specialist chemists to achieve the high quality which can be seen in the colors achieved by chemical treatment of the candleholders. Many experiments with various chemical reagents were made and solutions with different percentage content of the dissolved substances were tested. On the basis of the chemical properties of the iron (Fe) the most appropriate reagents were applied. Different kinds of paints and lacquer covers were tested. Not a few trials were made to arrive to the usage of the special effects like: “granite effect”, “marble effect” and “patina effect”.
